Island Rose Dream orders made 30 days of purchase may qualify for an exchange or store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What happens when I receive an Incorrect & Damaged item?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect and damaged product and our team will be happy to resolve this for you.
